📐📏📊 Three Subjects, One File
Switch between Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 with the tabs in the header. Each subject keeps its own student list and scores — no overlap.
⬆ GradeCam CSV Import
Upload any GradeCam export directly — the tracker auto-detects student names, standard codes, and converts percentages to the 1–4 scale. Each upload adds to the score history without erasing past entries.
📊 Gap Report & 📈 Growth Report
Gap Report ranks every standard from weakest to strongest by class average — broken out by period — so you know exactly what to reteach. Growth Report shows first vs. most recent score per student with trend arrows.
🗂 Evidence Tracking & Assignment History
Right-click any score cell to record the assignment name and date alongside the score. Click the 🖨 icon on a student row to see a full timeline of every assessment for every standard.
🚨 At-Risk Flagging & ↩ Undo
Students with 2+ standards at a score of 1 are automatically flagged at-risk (red badge). Use the proficiency filter dropdown to show only at-risk students. Ctrl+Z undoes the last score change — up to 20 steps.
📬 Parent PDF & Email Progress
From any student report, generate a printable parent-friendly PDF letter or open a pre-filled email with the student's progress summary. No extra app needed.
📋 Student Self-Assessment Tracker (Google Sheets)
Individual student trackers are now available as Google Sheets files — one per subject. Students record their own score (1–4), evidence, and date for up to 3 assessment rounds per standard. Attach to Google Classroom and assign a copy to each student.
💾 Autosave
Data saves to your browser automatically every 60 seconds and after every score entry. Look for the ✓ Saved flash in the top-right corner.
